Very kool/kewl/cool little setup..... lol, the reason why some places do not allow is because it "foul hooks" the fish & if a fish is endangered, not in season, or under the legal size to keep, you have injured the fish or even killed it by hooking it like this. Some places also might consider this as unfair? In the United States, Trout fishing can be restrict to 1 hook w/ no barbs on the hook and I guess that's to keep you from getting too many or not injuring them if too small to keep? But catching bait fish w/ this is a perfect idea - in fact that's a strong reason to use it but be careful not to hook into protected species. thanks for video peace
